You should bring any reports from scans or MRI’s or X-Rays with you but not the actual films.
You will need to add to this, your airfare to Bangkok, lunches and dinners (except 2) and other shopping, golf or tours you would like to do. (allowing $20 per day pp for extra meals would be plenty)
If you would like you bring your partner or spouse that is not taking part in the conference you would only need to add a $350 charge to cover their transfers, accommodation and breakfast for the 2 weeks plus that includes them coming along to the welcome and farewell dinners with everyone else and getting a welcome 2 hour Thai massage on arrival.

- Full SLM training program (15 DVDs with comprehensive text book.)
- 14 nights accom at friendly 4 star hotel with American breakfast.
- Transfers via mini bus to and from the airport and hotel door.
- Scrumptous welcome and farewell dinners.
- 13 days of face to face training and lectures.
- 2 hour full body Thai massages on arrival.
- Covers Diet, exercise, bodywork, marketing and how to build a business for your long term future..
- 12 months access to private students only forum for questions.
- Certificate of completion of 50 hour workshop series.
You will need to bring your own portable massage table* with face hole and cover but we will organise towels and oil.
You will need to add to this the cost of your airfare to Bangkok, lunches and dinners (except the 2 included) and other shopping or tours you would like to do.
