Hi Guys,

If any of your patients are iron deficient or give up eating red meat I have found a good supplement is a tablespoon of Molasses every day. It has the daily requirement of iron and is packed with other minerals. I have found as a side benefit that it gets rid of persistent mouth ulcers as well which I suffered from when I ate too many salty foods but no more.
