Soreness after workouts

Hi Steve
Thanks for the direction to use student forum I finally figured it out thanks again.
Question about muscle soreness after intense workout is still ok to massage when person is quite sore it’s been 3days what should I do different to relax the muscles without hurting those sore muscles.

Hi Kulwinder, normally soreness from a workout lasts 2 days so someone sore after 3 probably went too hard. Regardless of that you should still do the normal treatment but not try to go too deep and use it more to stimulate the circulation and flush the lactic acid out. If they did things like hot and cold therapy or magnesium bath after the workout they wouldn't end up so sore.
