Having a bit of problem with Forum access so i will try this
Have a Lady about 30 to 40 years , runner casual fun runs etc
Came describing typical Runners Knee symptoms - with advice from others to find another sport.
She is in good condition and has strong lower body waste down
I performed typical massage and trigger points focusing on lower back and gluten/hamstrings about 4 x rotations at medium pressure, as was 1st SLM treatment
She described feeling much better after 1st massage ( never felt so good ) no discomfort when walking down steep grades etc
She had not ran for 5 to 6 weeks previous tried run 8 days after SLM treatment
Went running on grass at about 1km in started to feel knee pain outer lateral again ( not as strong as before ) ran a further 1km no worst but did not dissapate
Stopped - Pain gone when stopped running.
discussed some yoga positions and scheduled for another go ( no charge - Practice for me )
Any advice would be appreciated
